@fitnesss_mermaid: 👽 so if you’ve been following me from the beginning you’ll remember that I used to pretty much only post progress pics/healthy meals, all fitness related things, well it’s about that time again soooo yeah:p I’ll be posting my weekly progress every Tuesday now, this is where I’m at now. day #1 of cutting👊

I’m a huge cheater when it comes to treats so I figured why not practice self control during the most tempting month for me. I mean, if I can get through this month, where there is a huge section in every store dedicated just to candy, I can get through the rest of the lame ass months. lol
- DRINK MORE WATER- I plan to drink water with every meal and whenever I feel hungry because the, ” I’m hungry alarm” and the, “I am thirsty alarm,” feel the same to me. ( I already started this)
- DO MORE YOGA!!- I mean this is probably going to be the easiest for me. I like yoga-its chill but difficult and it helps tremendously to strengthen and alleviate my injury prone/ riddled body. Since I have been slacking lately, this is a great way to get back into the grind.
- NO JUNK FOOD- this will be difficult because I’m very much a junkie when it comes to these foods. I love chips, cookies, and candy, to a ridiculous degree. Its my drug of choice seriously. I will say this, I have been really good about not indulging too much on them lately so lets see in I can drop them cold turkey. (WILL POWER BABY)
- HAVE FUN- its the point of it all. Getting healthy shouldn’t feel like a punishment and nor should this challenge.
